What Trim Units Fit This Motor

I have a 2001 70 hp 4 cycle E70PL4SIA which I have been told is basically a Suzuki DF70. What trim units would fit this motor or do I have to put on the same exact one that came off?

That the fastrac trim, used on 1998 and up V-4 Johnrudes....
