What type of ski pylon for my boat?

Not sure what type of pylon I need. Can someone give me a link or pic of the one that will go on my boat. Just in case the pic doesnt show, its a bowrunner with an outboard on back.<br />

BTW, i have the towable harness and am specifically looking for the pylon. Seems it may be easier to pull wakeboarders out of the water.

When mounting the ski pylon do u put anything under the mounting spot like a piece of wood or steel? Looks like that semi circle about the seat would be the mounting point?
