what was i thinking powershift 2

was taking the controls off the stinger 75, and took them apart at the box instead of the motor (wanted the smallest hole possible in the new deck of our pontoon)got everything disconnected, but the white wire that runs in the box, that white wire had been cut before, so i cut it again. whats it gonna take to fix that bad boy?
i wished i would have just pulled the plug

i guess what i am asking is what would be the proper way to fix to keep moisture out, heat shink, etc,,

The best thing to do is go to your local parts house and get some heat shrink terminals. They are terminals that already have heat shrink on them and all you have to do is crimp the wires in them and afterwards heat them and they seal. You can use a cig lighter or heat gun.
