I have 1988 Thompson 240 hard top and get leaks in my front windows ,what weatherstripping can I use to stop this

most likely your boat uses taylor made windows.

if so, after 30 years they would need to be replaced. I am doing the same on my '88 cruisers

carefully pull your windows apart, identify what profile you have (link below) and order new. get about 15% more than you need
