What year and HP is my motor?

Hello im new on here. I was giving an Evinrude motor from my neighbor. He's in his mid 60s. he said that it was for his father. The motor is really faded all that I can read is Fleetw . From what I can tell is that it was all lite blue not blue and white like most. Its a pull start and on the ID tag it has Evinrude Motors Milwalkee Wisconsin. Also can yall help me by telling the oil to gas ratio. Thanks for yall help.

1953, 7.5 HP FUEL : OIL 16: 1. manual http://www.outboardbooks.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=models.main&year=1953&ID=62282 you need Service and Parts, as they are not online anywhere.

You can't download service and parts manuals on the internet. Parts are available from your OMC dealer and if you can't find what you need ask here and someone will send you to a dealer who will have most. Good score for you. Rick.

RRA, I have the same engine just a couple of years earlier. I have the parts manual for your 7512 though I can email you if you send me a private mail with your email address.
