Hi -<br />I have an evinrude 15HP. someone told me that it is a 1988, but i am not sure. can someone tell me the year by reading the VIN number?<br />there is a small crome circle on the motor head an the numbers are:<br />E15RCCS<br />R0720985<br /><br />thank you
