What Year Is my 60 Horsepower Johnson motor?

I have a 60 hp model # VXL-13A, serial # J2833232 and im trying to find the year it was made. Where can i find a fuel pump for it? Thanks

See if it doesn't read VXH-13A in the model number in which case it would be a 1967 model.You can try this site for a fuel pump<br />www.maxrules.com

Could one of you folks with a 1967 Johnson 60 please send me a picture of the steering linkage where it attatches to the motor. I just bought one and the linkage is gone. I have half the bracket but not the stuff to connect it to a cable. Thanks mocrouchs@vci.net
