What year is my motor

Just bought a motor on E Bay it is a mercury 200 serial number 1341599. it is around 22 hp and is white in color. Can you tell me the year?

It's a 60 or a 61 Thanks, Any issues with that motor I need to know about. I was told it had a leaking fuel connector, but if gas was squirted into the carb it would fire right up
