What Year is this 90 HP Johnson

I have a 90 HP Johnson V4 With VRO Stamped on it and the number on the motor block is J90MLCRD and it also has this number under it J6008760 Can any one tell me what year this motor is?

Yep, no problem. Its a 1984.
