what year is this johnson 200 gt

first off i went through the introduces for year and it dont work for this motor the numbers are j200stlacM it has vro pump on it, the motor has never been off the boat i am trying to get new vro pump for it but would like to know why there is an M at the end

1988, and I hope that you deal with sticker shock well, last time I looked I believe they were up over $300

all I had to do was enter that model number in a websearch and it came back with about 30 different hits
