What year is this motor?

Hello I have a few question. Can anyone tell what year motor this is? Does anyone have a flywheel for it? The flywheel is cracked an separating at the shaft where the steal bushing is. the sn# off the tag is 25936 06170 and it says it is a Evinrude number the number off the freezout plug is 1710227 with the Johnson symbol. The cowl says Johnson seahorse 35hp

1958 Big Twin 35 hp or thereabouts...based on the numbers you posted off the tag. Nice motors...real workhorses. Shouldn't have any trouble locating a flywheel. Others will offer sources, such as twin city outboards, etc. Too early for me to recite the full list.
