I've been in a similar 'boat' lately.

Here's what I've found; Its not really the year range, so much as it is the matching of intake ports... There were a few diff sizes/shapes.

Here is a pic of the head ports for comparrison:

so there's only 3 different types of head ports? What about the throttle linkage bracket bolts?

I didn't say it was a perfect guide, just something to help you out.

Get the right one for your engine. While you might bolt on a different one, you will probably have problems with riser and pipe alignment, linkage, hose hook ups and who knows what else.

Ayuh,........

The Manifold with the bolt holes Exactly where they Ought to be is the Most Important part.............

Any of those heads will Run with a Manifold that doesn't exactly match the head ports.........

Your's should be a Mod.1, with the square looking riser that goes Straight aft,........
Right,..??..??.....

The later models are the Alphas with the rounded looking riser coming off to the portside,+ aft........
