I drive a 95 1500 gmc,wish to drive 69 cuda,but that'll never happen so a denali would be fine for now,Naw i'll just drive my paid for truck till she want go no more.

I just did real close to that trip 2 weekends ago. I started up out of Berdoo, past Lake Arrowhead, Rim of the World, Running Springs and then down into Highland. It was early in the morning and traffic was light. I had a blast. I used to belong to an online corvette forum and 15-20 of us would get together every month and go for an insane blast thru some of the local mountains. Nothing like a long line of vettes snaking its way thru the mountains, its a beautiful sight. And of course we *never* exceeded the posted speed limits....<br /><br />Id take you on dood!

Try Glendora Mountain Road Probably the best local one and least traveled. Good visibility in a lot of spots. Either from Mt. Baldy and back to Glendora or from the East Fork, San Gabriel River (access from Hwy 39 in Azusa). Awesome banking really tight . . . I'd still smoke yer arse

I have a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali - sweet ride.<br />Wish - Dunno, maybe a new Solstice.<br /><br />My 4 year old told me last night I needed to keep the Denali to take the family in, but I should get a new truck to go to work in. I don't know where that came from, but I like the way she thinks! She said she would get me one for Christmas if I wanted!

VW GTI 1.8T 5 speed. I think I bought more for me than him. Amazing little car. In town I hammer 1st and 2nd and them go straight to 5th to keep out of trouble. Turbos are a lot of fun . . .<br /><br />Trust me on Glendora Mountain Road. A little far for you, but very worth it.

That GTI is a blast to drive! I have a GLX VR6 Jetta which has been lowered a tad. I can exceed the speed limit on most highways in 2nd gear What I'd like to have is one of those factory works ralley cars that are all wheel drive and 400 hp, Subaru, Puegout, Focus, etc.<br /><br />I hear the '07 Vettes come standard with a 45mph speedo since nobody ever drives them faster than that
