i'm trying to figure out what these are here for. they're on the window section of my canvas top. almost looks like a handle. but they snap on and off. and why would there be two (they overlap each other)? and why at the top? it's not like i'd ever carry that thing around.

anyone seen this?

boataway,

They are straps that hold the clear vinyl up when you roll up the window. Unsnap them and let them hang down straight. Roll up the window and then wrap those around to keep it up and in place.

Are they for keeping the canvas rolled up when not in use?

Many windows will unzip and roll right up to let in a breeze.

EDIT, Greg beat me by one minute LOL.:)

They are there to hold up the clear plastic window (eisenglass) when you roll it up. Lift one side off (look for the 'dot'), and let them hang. Roll up the window. There should be two more studs on the outside of the canvas top. Use the clear plastic straps to hold the rolled up curtain.

EDIT: Beat me by one minute also, but I added a pic :)
