what's a good tow pylon set-up for a mckee 16

anybody have any advice on what my best bet for a tow pylon would be?

i have a 16' mackee craft with a 75 honda four-stroke outboard.

i'm a little worried about a pylon bolted to the floor because there is space like a channel under the center of the deck, where all the wires and bilge are.
