So I was testing out my new to me 16? Skeeter last weekend at the local water hole with the wife. We had just got on plane and were scooting rite along when my wife leans back to me and said ?what the hell is that hanging from the bow of that boat?. I finally get in close enough to see two obviously young men hauling @** in an 18? bass boat with two foxy girls whooping as they went. Well the thing that was hanging was there trolling motor! They must have been fishing and spaced putting it up. Well we were kinda heading in the same direction any way so we decide to go see what they are doing and maybe point out that there motor is dragging. Well they slow down and decide that they are where they want to fish so we stop and hang back to see the fun. One kid goes to the front of the boat and calls the other kid up. They chat and point for a sec then try to pull the obviously damaged motor up. It won?t come up. They snatch and pull and finally get it to come loose but the motor would never be the same, it looked like a banana and would not sit back into the cradle. They immediately started up and headed strait back to the marina, probably to go home and tell dad what they had done to his boat.
