Whats the best bolts to use in aluminum

I'm replacing exaust plate and gaskets due to a small leak. Lost 3 bolts, they now have helicoils. The ones that broke off were well rusted as were a few others but got them out. Can I use stainless bolts or will that cause problems in the aluminum block. What would be best to use? Grade 8?

just the guy i was looking for, sounds like you got the exhaust plate allready though,
Kajun is parting out his 120 and 85 hp force motors.

if you need any parts, go here and ask him. I knew you were looking for a plate and he has 2 of them.

I removed the exhaust gaskets on mine three years ago and had three go bad as well. I am using stainless and have not had any problems with them. The original ones were iron. They were magnetic and rusted real bad.

Use some antiseize on whichever bolts you end up using.
