The upper half of my alpha I has been rebuilt, and it came with a tag that told me how to break it in... but throughout the past few months that has been mis-placed. I know it said it needed a 10 hour break in period, and not to run it at WOT for extended time, as well as not running it at any particular RPM for an extended amount of time. I think it said short WOT bursts were ok, but Im not sure. Can someone shed some light on that for me?

The break-in procedure for an SEI drive is:
first 5 hours drive around slowly, building rpms up to 3500 at the 5 hr mark, put into reverse at least 10 times (probably not a big deal for an upper though)
5-10 hrs brief full throttle runs
10-20 hours normal operation, oil change before 20 hrs.
