whats the differance

i just purchased a 15 hp 4 stroke suzuki that came with two props ones a four blade and ones a three blade what would be the differance i would experince between the two props

depends a lot on pitch. Might be the 4 blade has a better hole shot and 3 blade higher max speed. But without pitch info thats a very, very bad guess.

the three blade has 9 1/4 x 9 the four blade has 9 1/4 x 10 stamped on them.

The 9 is a 9" pitch and is probably a typical size.That would depend on the boat and load.
The the 4 blade is a 10" a 4 blade usually improves hole shot, stays on plane better at reduced throttle
seems smoother,handles better at speed and around the dock.
But top end may be less. Usually going to a 4 blade you would reduce the pitch but that would depend
on the performance with the 9. You could check rpm with a tach like the TinyTach, speed by gps.
