What's the mixture Ratio for a 1984 Johnson 35?

I have been reading around and I'v seen 50:1, but then I read this:

It says not to run 50:1 or 40:1, but to run 32:1 or 24:1.

I have ran 40:1 for a couple tanks to start out the season, should I switch to 50:1 or 32:1? Will running 40:1 hurt anything?

The proper fuel/oil mixture for that engine is 50/1 .

I think that link refers to an older model 35hp, Joe is correct, use 50:1 mixture.
