Hi ryr28fan, sounds like nobody knows for sure. At full throttle the foward thrust of the engine should keep the engine real tight to the boat, the leaking cylinder may be your problem, maybe repair that and see what happens. Since the Tilt & Trim pump isn't in operation during normal boat operation the only thing I could guess at is this, are your T&T relays near the motor, there's a possibility one relay is vibration activating at full throttle and turning your T&T pump on intermittently. Easy way to check, remove the relays and go boating, see if the problem goes away. Good luck,,,
