2 Strokes (2) Alum 15 HP-OB 3 blade props.

-3 x 9 1/4 x 9 prop vrs
-3 x 9 3/4 x 9 prop being this one a High Trust Prop.

Would being same pitch with different diam will account for being a High Trust Prop. Will it push, plane whatever, be a better prop to push/plane a medium light standard boat than same 9 1/4 prop ? Which is the advantage / disadvantage counting with one,

Opinion: More pitch more push, more diameter more push. So the larger diameter will push harder because it has more surface area. More surface area more drag, how much, don't know but everything is measured in small amounts

Would a prop that has larger 3/4 diam area have larger/higher blades compared to same 1/4 diam prop ? if not, will be a shorter blade prop, right ?

Diameter is circular even with a prop, just as in pipe size, 3/4 is larger then 1/2 and 1/4

A 9 1/4 prop will fit inside a 9 3/4 pipe, but not the other way around

To resume, if length blades are same as the 9 1/4 blades and sits on a slight more diam body, the blades will sit much closer to the lower leg trim tab, right ? Don't want to make a wild purchase and lose, would prefer to buy the non High Thrust prop...

Thanks,
