That's great that you have had a great experience with your Bayliner...but do we really need to dig up a 4-month-old thread on the subject?

well, I was searching for "hour meter" and this popped up in the result. Bayliner/force bashing is a pet peeve of mine. <br /><br />I am a functionalist and a fisherman. I am of the opinion that if you can't fish from your boat then you're an idiot for buying it. The perfect boat costs no money to own, always starts, never breaks, and can fish in any water. Everything after that is fluff. I think people who bash bayliner/force have misplaced priorities. They value the fluff more than the function.

Maybe a little harsh. There are plenty of cruising boaters on iboats that probably are not idiots. Boats are made for many purposes, fishing is only one.<br /><br />EDIT: Bondo...I agree. But life's too short, right?

Don't let 'em get to ya Strat... <br /><br />People say skydiving is an idiotic thing to do...<br />People say Motorcycle driving is a horrible thing to do...<br />People say Jeeps are dangerous because they flip over...<br /><br />People who bash something that they cannot personally vouch for... meh, I take their opinons with a grain of salt. "I've heard that.." or "I've seen..." or "They have the tendency..."<br /><br />Whatever. I have a Bayliner, I love it. I walk around inside it and my foot hasn't sunk through the floor yet. Everywhere I look there is no indication that it will sink when I put it in the water... The engine and outdrive is cleaner than all the "good boats" on the different lots I looked at.<br /><br />Hey kfraser... I've got a bridge for sale... interested?
