Wheel Torque Specs

Does anyone know how many foot-pounds to torque trailer wheels to? I have 205/75R14 on a regular 5-nut steel rim. The tire guy said 100 ft-lbs, but this seems high to me.

It depends on the hub and manufacturer. I have seen values of 60 all the way up to 120. Most are in the 90-95 range.

My Kodiak discs with integral hub are 80-90.
