My boss uses something similar. Anchor retriever.<br />You put the bouy ball on the line and motor past the anchor. The ball keeps the line pulling almost straight up and the tug is from the opposite direction the anchor is set. Works like a charm. and real handy when pulling in 500 ft of anchor rope. Once the anchor meets the bouy ball it locks in and all the weight is saved until the very end. I will see if I can find a link to it. And yes, I am always the one up front pulling in the rope.
