Where’s the fuse box-1988 BAYLINER CAPRI 3.0

Good evening gents,

I am doing a tune up on a recently bought 1988 Bayline Capri 3.0 and I’m needing help locating the fuse box to check to see if a fuse is the issue with my horn. I’ve heard fuse box is under dash but wondering if I need to remove the whole dash or how I would access ????? Please help.

Yes, first place I checked but nope, not accessible that way.
