where can i find this part

this is the part that went boom on my 1987 bayliner ciera 2550 (OMC 5.7 cobra). its off the starboard exhaust pipe, i can get the rubber part easily enough but the metal part baffels us it has a part number that i thing is bayliner and not omc #912375

Its an upper exhaust pipe and it is an OMC part and available on ebay, I just looked one up to confirm and it was $140

I searched following to get it; OMC Cobra 5.0 5.7 V8 Upper Exhaust Pipe 912375
