Re: Where can i get a NEW force outboard old stock?
I was back in Ohio a few weeks ago. Around Jamestown/(Exina, spelling?) area and I actually saw a Marine shop that still had a FORCE sign on a pole out front but I did not stop, just thought it was wierd seeing the sign, maybe the guy works on them.
Re: Where can i get a NEW force outboard old stock?
did you try posting in the force section of this forum?lots of forces for sale on ebay, funny thing though a good majority of them have new lower units, tell you something?a friend of mine had a 50 hp force and the lower end snapped and he went to a dealer and the dealer lauffed and showed him a shed with about 30 forces in it with lower units gone.sold him my mariner and he was and is a very happy camper and said it was like having a motor double the hp.,even though there was only a 10 hp diff .for every good force story ive heard ive heard 20 horror stories.if your dertimed to have a force you might get lucky and find a new-old stock if you haunt the dealerships .
