where can i get a skeg gaurd for 1980 15hp evinrude

i have a 15hp evinrude and i broke a small piece of the buttom of the skeg so iwas wondering where to get a gaurd for my motor.

I don't think I have ever seen a guard for the lower unit. I am sure someone with more experience will chime in and help you out.

You can leave it as is, or have a new one welded on then.

Did you ever find a guard for the skeg? I'm looking for one to protect my new 15hp but they all seem to start at 40hp and up...
