Where did I put those straps

Ran across this today. Looks like some one was having a small house boat moved and it came off of the trailer.. It inst the best picture but all I had was my phone. Not sure how many wreckers its going to take but they had 3 there

Someone forgot to tell the boat that it's weight should keep it on the trailer.
