I've been searching high and low since my bayliner wouldn't start when I was trying to leave the lake last time out - I want to make sure she'll start this weekend when i take her out so I've been trying to find some muffs. Any help would be great. Thanks

Thanks, guys. I really appreciate it - I didn't realize what the real name was. Does it matter what kind I get? I have a 91 Bayliner with a mercuiser alpha 1 outdrive. Any other help is appreciated.<br /><br />David

If you buy universal it should fit...some of the more specialized ones will say "for Merc...etc". It just needs to fit over your intakes.

m ake sure when you use it the water pressure is good make sure your not running the boat while the washing machine and shower are running if you run the boat and the water pressure is low you can create problems in you lower unit it has been posted here before where the boater wnated to test the boat before heading out and did not realize the water pressure till it was too late I always tell the wife prior to testing my boat <br />'DONT RUN ANY WATER FOR 10 MIN"
