Where do I start? Bayliner 1700LS Seat Bracket, plastic.

I need to replace the plastic bracket under the driver's side back seat section of the seat. This seat, front and back pull out to form a bench or sleeping seat. I'm sure many of you know what I mean. I tried uploading a better closer picture of the problem but it didn't seem to want to upload.
