Where is the Anti siphon located

will not get above a 1800 RPM on a 1998 Cobalt. Was suggested to check the anit siphon and I have not a clue where to look.

It`s the first fitting at the gas tank

Check the fuel line inside the tank. If it has a filter inside the tank that might be clogged also.
