I'm trying to reinstall the slow speed needle on this 1990 Evinrude 15hp motor model no E15RELESR.
Since this top housing is plastic, I cannot find the point where the needle stops screwing in, so I can back it out 1.5 turns for stock setting. How far is too far? I don't want to ruin the housing, but want to get as close as I can get it.
