Part number 580243 at any Evinrude dealer. Better take somebody with you to hold you up when they tell you the price.

Are you sure you really need one?

Holly smoke!!! about 180 bucks!!!
Checked primary got 0.7 Ohm. High voltage side doesn't show anything. I assume secondary is burned

Maybe look for a good used one on Ebay or go to AOMCI.org and place a want-ad on their "webvertize".

Thanks a lot for helping with part number. Looks like e-bay has it.
