Where to buy Bayliner railing

I have a 1984 Capri Cutty and the front V of the railing is missing. I suspect it was broken and cut off by a previous owner. Where can I get a replacement? It just doesn't look good without the V.

Don't think you will. Might get lucky and find one on eBay or here: http://www.greatlakesskipper.com/
Quickest way would be to find the proper size you need and have a machine shop bend it to your specs. I've noticed some railing pieces in our local WM so that might be an alternative as well.
