Where to buy nylon seals?

Where can I buy a handful of the nylon drain plug seals so that I always have them for lower unit oil changes? My marine store only has the plug and washer together for $2.99 EACH!!!! I just want the seals!

See if the local dealer will order you #311598.Thats the number for just the nylon seal.They list for $.50,and come in ten packs.<br /><br />DHP

I tried to find the washers on iboats.com, but couldn't find any. HOWEVER, I did find a good parts location at www.boatfix.com and I'm sorry to be noting that here but others may need similar parts. I got the nylon washers (#18-4248) for $0.38 each and a MAGNETIC drain screw (#18-2378) for about $6.00. Might be handy. Those are for OMC Johnson motors only. I have a 1980, 25 hp outboard.
