I WANT TO BUY THE TECHMATE PRO SCAN TOOL FOR MY MERCRUISER 5.0L MPI BUT I DONT SEE ANY CONTACT ON THE RINDA WEBPAGE BESIDES THE CUSTOMERSERVICE EMAIL. I SENT AN EMAIL WITH NO LUCK.

DO YOU KNOW WHERE ELSE I CAN BUY IT?

I SEE MICHIGANMOTORZ SELL THEM. IS THIS SECURE?

I believe the new Techmate "pro" scan tool is $100.00 more then the old style Techmate scan tool so the Pro should cost $499.99 with one data link connector adaptor.

If you are going to spend $500, why not toss another couple of hundred on and get the PC software. Heaps more information to be had and you can save the data files and build a history of the engine...

I have the PC software and I like it.... Very easy to use and the saved files are 'Word' readable...

Used techmates sell very quickly on ebay. I have even seen a few sell for over retail. (I saw one go for close to 600 last year). Sell yours on ebay and pick up the diacom. It works way better than the techmate does.

Yes your engine serial number (2A189803) indicates that you do have catalytic converters.
