I'm currently restoring my trailer and decided I need to replace the bunk brackets. Not sure if that what there called but here the pic. 4 out of 8 are rusted through more than half the material.
Try these "http://shop.easternmarine.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=catalog.prodInfo&productID=5595&categoryID=223"
not quite the same bolt pattern but should work.
They have all lenghts.
My trailer is galvinized. I was able to find the brackets cheaper locally. I went with aluminum. The bolts/nuts for the brackets will be stainless steel. All bolts and nuts with be replaced with new s.s..
I plan on sanding as much rust off with a wire wheel. Any non similar metals will remain off untill after paint. I will paint all parts with bed liner spray. Then attach the unlike metals. Will this be enough to protect against electrolysis?
i personally don't like bedliner, use a good ole rustoleum, the galvinized is going to rust first, where it has rusted before. clean and prime, then rustoleum finish coat. then rinse it after every dunk.

For awhile... yes. Indefinetly, no. Nothing stands up to salt water forever. Anything you do in that area is simply a delaying action against the inevitable.
Be sure to use never-seize or a similar compound on all the threads.
I've had very good luck with truck bedliner as an overcoat to a good paint job... IMHO: holds up far better than any 'plain' paint job.
