Thought I'd finally get around to doing the decarb on my '87 Evinrude 90hp V4, E90TLCUR. Read all the posts I can find on the process. Seems pretty straight forward but even though I've reviewed my OEM and Seloc manuals, I'm still not exactly sure where to connect the fuel line from my portable seafoam/gas/oil mixture tank. Guess I still don't understand how the VRO pump works to inject oil into the gas and then into the carbs.

Where would be the best place to hook my mixture hose? And do I need to disconnect anything on the VRO system or any alarms on the motor so that while the engine is sucking the mixture, I'm not getting additional oil (or gas) pumped into the carbs or a warning horn?

Thanks,

Mark
Minneapolis, MN
