where to post a question

Hi, in my garage I found this real small sea king outboard motor. My husband had this years ago. I don't know where to go ask a question about how big it is or if its worth to have it looked at. Its set up where you do the rope, other things work. I have the serial # and model #. Any place you can steer me would be appreciated. Thanks CJ2
