Re: where were the VIKES!?

Good question. I don't know who was in the purple and white jerseys. Sure wasn't the Vikings....... O'well, it's only their second loss. Hopefully, it will wake them up a bit.... Cards did look good. They were ready to play....

Intermittent mediocrity caught up with them.

Yes the Cards came to play.

Wake up call----sure hope so.

brent fav showed his real self that day. Put pressure on him and he will lose the game all by himself. We saw a lot of that in greenbay. Glad you have him now. but we will never forget you Brent. :D

That game there was no one person , nor was there one group that looked bad. The WHOLE team shared in the poor play. To say that Brett lost the game all by himself is just assinine(sp). Did we forget how the Cards offense cut right thru the Vikes defense like butter? Typical cheesehead. The Vikes have one "really bad" game and a guy jumps all over them. Need I remind someone, who still leads the division and who is struggling to get a wildcard??!! And, the Packers are the dirtiest players in the league. They even took over the crown that the Raiders once wore. Now there's something to cheer about..

Re: where were the VIKES!?

I think the Vikings got spoiled playing in the dome for three straight games. Most of the players had troubles staying on their feet and in some plays reminded me of my cat trying to run real fast on a hardwood floor. The feet are moving at 10mph but the cat is barely moving. Those issues will really mess up timing plays. Defense had the same problem digging in. It also seemed there was no spunk on the Vikes side. Going to be a tough game this weekend. Vikes need to win two more or Green Bay loose two more to clinch North Central.

Actually, I believe the game was in a dome. The Cards have a retractable roof which they closed for the game.... Unless they had some unpleasant weather which affected the field b/4 they closed 'er up..
