Which is the best spark plug brand for a 1988 Mercruiser 3.0

Hey guys,

I'm looking to pick up a some new plugs and am wondering which ones are the best ones. I looked up the plugs for my engine and I have the option of:

AC-MR43T (AC Delco)

RV15YC4 (Champion)

NGK-BR6FS

These were the part numbers listed in the service manual. Is either better than the other?

I've used them all and had no issues. I currently use nothing but AC because I got 40 of them for 2.10 each. Someone will be along shortly to bad mouth Champion

I place them in this order
NGK
AC Delco
Don't go boating

LOL

Champions can go in the lawn mower. GM engines tend to like the AC/Delco the best (surprise, surprise).

I use AC Delco in US products and NGK in foreign products.

Aurthor champion for me in any GM product......Didnt know that untill a couple week ago :joyous:
