through prop you lose 300rpmsunder about 700 hp no you don't and that sweeet sound of them 8 drums beating

If you don't have a prop, or for an inboard, I'd vote for flappers and big quiet mufflers![]()
i have a boat with a 502mpi 345hp stock in it with silent choice exhaust and with a flip of the switch would be 300rpms different
the angle tips do have flappers plus all motor cooling water dumps thur the ex. and passed dnr ex test
5200 you will never get them back out
i used Dap 100% silicone never had a problem
yup.... my mantra in buy the cheap stuff and change it often.... once you use 4200 you'll never go back to sillycone... getcha some you won't regret it.... BTW keep it in the freezer between uses and a partial tube will last for years.
