which sparkplug?

I have a 1990 200 johnson manual says to use a Ql77jcr plug which apperas to be discontinued! secondary plug listed is Ql16v which I can not find. Right now it has ql77jc4's in it and it idles rough.

ql77jc4 is current rec'd plug. Gap at 0.030".
