I put 10oz of Seafoam into 6 gallons of fuel when I refueled the boat today. After running around the lake for a bit I noticed some white smoke as I was idling into the dock. Would the 10oz of Seafoam in the 6g of fuel be enough to make it blow white smoke?

Are you sure that it wasn't just steam? I know that Seafoam can cause an INCREASE in engine operating temperature which would make an engine that otherwise doesn't steam, steam upon slowing down (and reducing the amount of water flow through the engine consequently)

Otherwise you might have seen ash and or carbon deposits that were coming out of the combustion chamber, however I am doubtful that you'd see that at an idle... my educated guess would be steam..

When you say that i was coming out was it POURING out in a major fashion or just similar to the smoke you see upon startup?

I have noticed sea foam does burn with some amount of smoke no matter how much is in the tank. I once added what was left of a can to the tank in my old Monte Carlo and noticed the same thing. it was probably the same ratio you have.
