O.K I have a 24' Baja 1987 with a 454 Magnum Alpha 1. I just got it last fall, and when running it in the drive with the hose, no problem, now its in the dock, and when I first start no problem to it runs for a few mins then there is this white smoke that appears? It doesnt really smell oily, as it is pure white, and it doesnt smell to gassy. What could be the issue? Any help would be appreciated. Clogged riers/manifolds? You can even notice it a lil when running 50mph.

A little white smoke is normal, excess is water intrusion, it could be a bad head gasket, or a small crack somewhere in the head, exhaust manifold, or riser? I'm guessing you have thru-hull exhaust, is it only on one side?

I'm sorry my PM box is full, I've been trying to figure out how to answer you. If you haven't gotten this problem fixed yet? I'd say check your manifold to riser gaskets, if you're getting it on both sides of the thru hull, if their leaking a bit you will get water intrusion. If it is overheating as well, check what I previously mentioned.
