My EMM is most likely the culprit because this happened to me before a couple years ago. No spark, no warning lights. Possibly a clogged orifice in the cooling system caused the EMM to overheat. Took me forever to get it done last time. I don't have forever here in Boston. and the old company, Fuel Injection Technologies moved to Texas and appears to have gone out of business. I have the old one ready to ship out for replacement/repair. I even have a recent one month old print out from the software because I have Evinrude Diagnostics and a cable, or I can e-mail a copy.
