Well here in the northern part of Illinois, the storms that rolled through about week and half ago, put the kabash on any good boating. Water levels very high, down river *the fox had some server flooding, the chain of lakes, where I live right in it about 2' above normal, and so we are no wake on the entire system.

Dont have a tow vehicle, its down since boat is on slip. So I get to sit and marvel at the water...

anyone else having problems?

my lakes ok and is nice and full. but i like to get on the missouri river a time or two ea. season. this year not so far due to high river levels. i just checked today and it's at 28'. i believe 28' is flood stage... :( i've heard thru the grape vine that the parking lots at the boat ramps are part of the river and certainly no boat ramps. they'd be several feet under water at the top of the ramp....
maybe late fall? i'll just have to wait and see.

Lake Ontario has been extremely low through the first part of the season. Getting near average now I would expect. It's been an odd year for water level around here.

we like to come out there from time to time on the weekends, Fox Lake I mean.
Nice area, wouldnt mind to move out there someday, probably a piece too expensive for us tho.
Is it still under a no wake order ?

Wish we could get 2' more in Michigan......

We would gladly give you about 3 feet! lol

Ya lower river is completely closed, upper and the chain is no wake.

You would be surprised, with the market being down, houses are not to bad down here.

We've been on the Illinois river once this season.that was about two weeks ago, after it finally went down to normal depths. Then it rained, river went back up. It's muddy, full of junk, lousy fishing. We probably won't be on the river more than once or twice the rest of this summer.
