Who is the luckiest person in the world?

Reading the "Yates" thread led me to this.<br /><br />I never won a lottery for any material type possession. In fact, I have never won any drawing at all, ever. I don't have a huge bank account to rely upon. I am not getting monitarily rich performing my job. I don't belong to the local country or yacht club. My house is modest, as are my vehicles.<br /><br />I have a wonderful wife that puts up with my occasional crap. I have 3 wonderful, kind, caring, thoughtful kids that work hard and do their jobs (students) well. My health, and more importantly to me, my children's health is great, as is my wife's. My house is warm, and my belly is usually too full.<br /><br />Without doubt, I am the luckiest person alive!<br />Thank you God.

I think Im very lucky, Used car, boat,motorcycle, rented house, even some used clothing , But New Friends here on iboats just makes my day ,... everyday Thank You All

Well this a subject I really learned alot about this year. You see just before x-mas I went to Florida to help my Father out. He owns a polaris/Victory motorcycle/ tracker boat dealership and I spent about 2 weeks helping him move into a new building and living as he and his wife do. To some people they are not rich but to me they are crazy rich. I am in awe at the stuff they are able to buy and do with out batting an eye. Now dont get me wrong Im not a materialistic person, but wow to have even a 10th of what they have would be fun. Boats, jet skis, atvs, bikes, horses, vactions ect...ect....ect.... But the really sad thing is , they dont have what I got. I left feeling bad for my dad, almost pity. Money can not I repeat can not buy you happiness. I am more then lucky. I am blessed. I have a wife who loves me even though I often dont deserve it.....I have 4 kids that love me even though I often dont deserve it. I have freinds who love me even though I often dont deserve it.....I could go on about the things I get to do cuz my wife makes sure I am able to go out and play with my freinds.....I could tell you that I want for nothing......but in truth all of that pales in comparision to what I have because of my family. I know many of you may feel your the luckiest man alive but I truley think I might get the award for that........
